Cleanliness: The rooms were very clean and well-presented. Location in walking distance to almost everything: The hotel is right in the heart of the city, close to the train station and within walking distance to most attractions.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It is so close to the main tourist attractions and right in the center of the city. Being close to the train station was a huge plus for us, as it made getting around the city so convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely large bed. The bathroom was spotless and the shower worked perfectly. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
I was a bit disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast provided, as I had thought when I booked the room.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location near Duomo is unbeatable, just a few minutes away. The staff provide great service and are very accommodating. The rooms, whether with a separate but private bath or a shared washroom down the hall, are clean and well-maintained.
All was fine, no improvements needed.
